Final Phase of Child Rearing Research Study

The Center for Educational Research and Planning (CERP) has launched the following research study, “Exploring and Understanding Parents’ Perceptions and Practices of Child Rearing”. The study focuses on the following research questions:
  • What are the perceptions and practices of urban parents vis-à-vis early childhood rearing (age 0-8)?
  • What personal and societal values are shaping the expressed perceptions and practices?
  • What are the implications of the expressed notions and practices for overall child development?
The study is in its final phase of editing and proofreading and will then be published.
