One of the greatest strengths of a University is a dedicated faculty that is strongly inclined towards research and innovation as well as willing and able to share acquired knowledge effectively. Some of the ways to support faculty recruitment and retention are as follows:

• Endowed Recruitment Professorship
  This endowment will allow the University to recruit the best faculty for its programs, from all over the world.
• Faculty Research Fund
  This endowment will help generate annual funds to support high-quality research in the University’s focus areas.

Habib University will administer a competitive merit based evaluation to grant financial awards to deserving undergraduate and graduate students who are unable to afford higher studies. The University will thus ensure that talented students have venues to pursue high quality education.

• Endowed Full Scholarships
  These scholarships are intended to provide complete support to the very best undergraduate and graduate students who have demonstrated strong financial need.
• Endowed Partial Scholarships
  These scholarships will provide partial funding to the deserving students to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies. Partially funded students will receive a tuition waiver worth 30% of the total tuition fee.

Habib University is envisaged to be a research-based institute of international repute. To ensure high-quality research and knowledge generation, the University will be equipped with the latest technology and equipment. Moreover, the University will be constructed on the principles of environmental sustainability. The University will conduct its activities according to a system-wide culture of environmental sustainability, balancing function and design with existing and foreseen resources.  Furthermore, it will be a laboratory of self scrutiny, experimentation, and application. The University planning team is conducting a thorough research to develop administrative and operational functions from the standpoints of human health and the environment.
