The Electrical Engineering program will offer a unique combination of theoretical and practical knowledge, project-oriented research, and challenging coursework both within and beyond engineering. Students in this program will work closely with faculty, community and industry on research and practical applications to contribute to Pakistan’s rapidly changing economic and industrial needs.

Our partnership with Carnegie Mellon University will enable Habib University to have an exceptional Computer Science program. Our students will be industry and academic leaders capable of applying technology and computer science principles across diverse fields, thus meeting the need for broadly educated computer scientists in Pakistan.

The program in Social Development and Policy will offer an interdisciplinary education for students interested in the analysis of and devising solutions for society's contemporary political, social and economic problems. It will cultivate a sense of civic engagement in students and provide them with knowledge of sustainable development that will enable them to have a positive social impact in the country.

The Communications Study and Design program will allow students to develop fundamental skills in communication, study the impact of media on society and learn the use of advance media technologies to impact critical issues of the country.
