To supervise all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and supervise Electrical works assigned to contractors / sub-contractors working at the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews plans for Electrification works, and inspects the works to ensure compatibility with existing electrical codes and maintenance standards.
• Prepares material and labor estimates.
• Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
• Maintains material, equipment, and other electrical Shop Drawing records, and submits reports
• Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical applications for high and low voltage electrical systems

• Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
• Proficient in Supervisory skill.
• Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work projects
• Ability to wor under pressure & on extended hours./li>
