To monitor / update all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and verify the progress of works assigned to contractors working at the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extracting quantity take out from drawings
• Verifying bills jointly with contractor’s QS
• Monitor project expenditure
• Checking of bar bending schedule
• Ensuring that cost - quantity & price are within budget
• Rate analysis of new item
• Control on variations
• Check on drawings revision for extra items.

Skill Required

• Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
