The Center for Educational Research and Planning (CERP) is a project of Habib University Foundation (H.U.F.), a not-for-profit organization, which undertakes research and planning for enhancing the quality of learning spaces. CERP aims to undertake educational research to investigate and understand emerging global challenges and opportunities keeping local realities in mind, and educational planning to implement insights drawn for educational development.

CERP's vision is to become "a learning space dedicated to critical inquiry at all levels of education, benefiting both public and private sectors for developing diverse frameworks of learning, research, and application for education planning and advancement.
