To supervise all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and execute works assigned to contractors / sub-contractors working at the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Part of a team of site supervisors
• Checking of formwork & concrete works
• Ensure the quality of finishing works
• Receiving & delivering owner furnished material to contractors at site
• Checking reinforcement as per bar bending schedule
• Reporting any discrepancy to CM
• Checking of labours/equipments as per daily progress report
• Check on drawings revision for extra items.

• Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Supervisory skill.
• Must have professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure & on extended hours
