To supervise all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and supervise Plumbing & HVAC works assigned to contractors / sub-contractors working at the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews plans for Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC works, and inspects the works to ensure compatibility with existing Mechanical codes and maintenance standards.
• Supervise safe, efficient installation and commission of chillers, cooling towers, condenser, ducting and chilled water pumps to maintain trouble free air-conditioning services in the buildings
• Piping works for water supply, drainage & fire fighting works
• Verifications of contractor’s bills.
• Prepares material and labor estimates.
• Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
• Maintains material, equipment, and other Mechanical Shop Drawing records, and submits reports.

• Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of HVAC system equipment.
• Proficient in Supervisory skill.
• Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work projects.
• Ability to work under pressure & on extended hours.
