Scope of the Position

To plan / supervise all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and lead the site management team at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a site management team
  • Provide accurate quality work
  • Monitoring progress of different contractors
  • Good reporting skill
  • Knowledge in preparing technical proposal
  • Execute work as per drawings & specification
  • Ensuring time compliance
  • Procurement coordination
  • Knowledge of building codes and familiar with structural / geotechnical analysis.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

Qualification

Minimum BE in Civil Engineering or D.A.E (Civil)

Experience

For BE at least 10 years experience & for DAE atleast 20-25 years in construction supervision. Experience of delivering project related to educational, healthcare and hotel industry will be a plus.

Skill Required

  • Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Liaising with architect and contractors involved on each contract
  • Must have professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure.
