To supervise all construction related activities at University’s designated site(s), and control the best quality of works at the site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out the mix design
• Control the quality of cement, aggregate & admixture
• Making of concrete cylinders & keep a record of cylinder testing
• Steel Testing, compaction test for earth work
• Testing of all building related materials
• Good reporting skill
• Knowledge in preparing technical proposal
• Knowledge of building material codes
• Familiar with all types of structural / geotechnical analysis.
• Ensuring delivery of approved quality material.

• Must be well versed with the use of computer applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Liaising with architect and contractors involved on each contract.
• Must have professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
