Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event management, planning and execution:
- Manage venue logistics
- Coordinate with admin department for vendor requirements (videographer, printer, etc.)
- Develop content for promotional material required for events (flyers, posters, standees, press briefings, etc.)
- PR coordination for event
- Send invitations and get RSVPs (emailing, posting, creating an event on Facebook, etc)
- Manage e-newsletter
- Work in collaboration with program teams to collect and document news on a fortnightly basis
- Develop news items and put into design with graphic designer
- Distribute newsletter to members on mailing list
- Manage web-related activities:
- - Update website
- - Update social media sites as per need
- Compile and manage a master list for MarCom
- Compile the photograph database
- Maintain inventory (giveaways, brochures, etc.).
- Provide support in organizing meetings, seminars, workshops and follow ups.
- Liaise with media representatives to promote the Foundation.
- Stay current with marketing and public relations trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
